One Injured in Alleged Hit-and-run Truck Accident on I-10 in Houston, TX

Video footage and details in the news suggest that a man, identified only as Francisco, was in a car traveling westbound along the interstate. The video was from a dash cam on a vehicle said to be driven by Rick Brown. It appears that the vehicle driven by Francisco and a semi-truck in the right lane somehow collided, possibly because the truck changed lanes and clipped Francisco's bumper. This caused Francisco's vehicle to spin out and into the path of Rick Brown's vehicle.

As a result, Brown's vehicle t-boned Francisco's car. Afterward, details claim that the truck driver involved stopped momentarily, but then apparently left the scene. Details suggest Francisco was injured. It's unclear if Rick Brown or anyone else was harmed. Right now, the incident remains under investigation.
