David Kamau Wainaina Injured in Truck Accident on Hwy. 121 in Hurst, TX

Hurst, TX — May 3, 2023, David Kamau Wainaina was killed in a collision with a semi-truck around 9:12 p.m. on Hwy. 121 in Hurst.

Sources report the victim's Toyota Yaris and a Kenworth semi-truck were westbound when the semi allegedly merged when it was unsafe and collided with the Yaris. The collision then purportedly forced the Yaris to spin and collide with the semi-trailer a second time.

Mr. Kamau Wainaina reportedly suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. The truck driver was reportedly uninjured.
