Two Injured in Truck Accident on I-35 in Frio County, TX

Frio County, TX — April 26, 2023, two people were injured in a commercial truck accident around 2:05 p.m. on Interstate 35 in Frio County.

According to authorities, the victims were in a Kenworth tractor-trailer headed south when the truck rear-ended a work truck that had a flashing lane change arrow. The collision reportedly forced the tractor and its trailer to overturn onto its driver-side.

The driver reportedly suffered serious injuries and the passenger reportedly suffered minor injuries. Both victims were purportedly taken to a hospital.
