Germain Castillo Injured in Truck Accident on S. Gulf Fwy. in Houston, TX

Houston, TX — April 23, 2023, Germain Castillo was injured in a multi-vehicle accident, including a semi-truck, around 2:48 a.m. on S. Gulf Fwy. in Houston.

According to officials, Mr. Castillo's Dodge Charger was southbound with traffic in front and behind it. The Charger was allegedly struck by a vehicle which then caused the Charger to be rear-ended by a GMC Sierra. A Volov semi-truck then reportedly attempted to swerve in order to avoid the crash and also was rear-ended.

Mr. Germain Castillo was purportedly seriously injured. The driver of the GMC Sierra reportedly suffered possible injuries. No other injuries were reported.

It is unclear if the semi-truck was able to avoid striking the Sierra and the Charger.
