Herve Charles Lequien Killed in Truck Accident on Tom Landry Fwy. in Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX — January 30, 2023, Herve Charles Lequien was killed in a collision with an 18-wheeler around 10:17 p.m. on Tom Landry Fwy. in Dallas.

According to officials, the victim's Toyota FJ Cruiser was stalled in the left, inner lane of the highway while a Kenworth semi-truck and a Dodge Ram 1500 were headed westbound in the two center lanes. The Kenworth then purportedly lost control and began to fishtail. This purportedly caused the semi-truck nose to strike the stalled Crusier, spin again, and strike the Ram 1500.

Mr. Lequien was killed in the collision. No other injuries were reported. Investigators have not released what factors led up to the accident.
