Jonathan Edwards Ott Killed in Single-Vehicle Accident in Harris County, TX

Harris County, TX — May 7, 2023, Jonathan Edwards Ott was killed due to a single-vehicle accident at around 12:15 a.m. along Mills Road.

Preliminary details about the crash say that it occurred in the area of the Mills Road and Mill Wheel Lane intersection, between Perry Road and Jones Road.

According to initial information from authorities, 40-year-old Jonathan Edwards Ott was the driver of a Honda Odyssey that was going westbound along Mills. For reasons which cannot currently be confirmed, the vehicle drifted off the right side of the road. There, the vehicle hit a culvert and flipped over repeatedly.

As a result of the crash, Ott succumbed to fatal injuries. Current information does not show any other vehicles or individuals involved in the wreck. The exact circumstances surrounding the fatal crash are unclear. Roads were said to be dry at the time. Additional details are pending further investigations.
