According to officials, a 14-year-old girl was on a party bus att the time that was traveling on the parkway. At some point, it appears the girl fell through an emergency exit, allegedly because the "latches failed." The girl sustained a serious head injury and is said to be in critical condition. At least twelve other teenagers were said to be on the bus, but none of them reportedly fell or were injured.
