One Killed in Two-Truck Accident on U.S. Hwy. 23 in Delaware, OH

Delaware, OH — May 9, 2023, one person was killed in a collision between a semi-truck and a box truck in the early morning on U.S. Hwy. 23 in Delaware.

Authorities report a semi-truck was stopped at the intersection of Hwy. 23 N. and Hwy. 42 facing northbound on U.S. Hwy. 23, at Exit 114, when it was allegedly rear-ended by a northbound box truck.

One person was fatally injured in the accident but it is unclear what vehicle they were in.

Officials may be withholding the victims' names until the next of kin is notified.
