Susan Bandimere Brown Injured in Truck Accident on U.S. Hwy. 36 in Decatur County, KS

Decatur County, KS — May 10, 2023, Susan Bandimere Brown was injured in a collision with a semi-truck around 3 p.m. on U.S. Hwy. 36 in Decatur County.

Authorities report the victim's Ford Escape was headed west on U.S. Hwy. 36, just east of U.S. Hwy. 83 behind a Mack semi-truck when the two vehicles collided. Officials report Ms. Brown's Escape struck the driver's side of the truck and then the collision sent both vehicles off the road into a south side ditch.

Susan Bandimere Brown reportedly suffered serious injuries.

Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
