Terrell Stewart Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident on LBJ Freeway in Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX — April 30, 2023, Terrell Stewart sustained injuries due to a single-vehicle car accident at around 7:32 p.m. on the LBJ Freeway.

From details released publicly by investigating officials, the crash took place along the eastbound lanes of I-635 in the area of Forest Lane.

According to current statements, Terrell Stewart—said to be 32 at the time of the crash—was identified as the driver of a Toyota Corolla which was taking an on-ramp to merge onto eastbound lanes the LBJ Freeway. While doing so, the vehicle somehow went to the right through a construction zrea off-road. There, the vehicle crashed through barriers and into a light pole.

Stewart was said to have incapacitating injuries as a result of the crash. It appears there were no other vehicles involved. No statements were made about any other injuries occurring. At this time, details made public do not confirm the exact cause of the crash, which requires more thorough investigations.
