Humberto Salcedo Garcia, One Injured in Truck Accident in Georgetown, TX

Georgetown, TX — May 4, 2023, Humberto Salcedo Garcia and another were injured in a truck accident around 1:56 p.m. on I-35 in Georgetown.

Officials report Mr. Garcia and his passenger were northbound in a Chevy Suburban in the middle lane of the highway when a white pickup truck in the left lane allegedly made an unsafe lane change into Mr. Garcia's lane. The Chevy Suburab then reportedly attempted an evasive maneuver but collide with a Freightliner semi-truck that was northbound in the right lane. The impact purportedly caused the Suburban to roll over.

Humberto Salcedo Garcia and his passenger were both transported to a hospital with reportedly serious injuries.
