Patrick Mullally Killed in Truck Accident in Nacogdoches, TX

Nacogdoches, TX — April 30, 2023, Patrick Mullally was killed in a commercial truck accident around 10:55 a.m. on F.M. 95 in Nacogdoches.

According to authorities, the victim's motorcycle was northbound on F.M. 95 at the intersection with Brush Prairie Rd. when a southbound Ford F-350 attempted a left hand in front of his motorcycle's path. The motorcycle's front tire allegedly struck the front driver-side headlight and ejected the victim from the bike.

Mr. Mullally suffered fatal injuries in the accident.
