Kaleb Brown Killed in Single-Vehicle Accident in Smith County, TX

Smith County, TX — May 14, 2023, Kaleb Brown was killed as the result of a single-vehicle accident at around 1:00 a.m. along County Road 442.

Preliminary details about the fatal wreck indicate that the crash happened just outside of Lindale.

Authorities reported that 22-year-old Kaleb Brown was driving a vehicle along County Road 442. For reasons which cannot be confirmed at this time, Brown's vehicle ran off the side of the road. There, the vehicle hit a brick mailbox.

As a result of the collision, Brown sustained fatal injuries. Reports did not mention if anyone else was involved in the crash. They also do not release an official cause for the crash. Details about road conditions indicate they were dry, but further information has not been clarified at this time. Investigations are ongoing.
