Two Injured in Truck Accident on Spears Rd. in Harris County, TX

Harris County, TX — May 1, 2023, two people were injured in a collision with a semi-truck around 2:08 a.m. on Spears Rd. in Harris County.

According to officials, the victims were westbound in a Honda CR-V in a lane to the left of the westbound Peterbilt tractor-trailer when their CR-V allegedly struck the rear, driver-side corner of the Peterbilt's trailer. The collision reportedly forced the CR-V to then veer toward its driver's side and into the road's median.

Both the driver and the passenger in the Honda CR-V purportedly suffered incapacitating injuries. The truck driver was reportedly uninjured.
