Motorcyclist Killed in Truck Accident on Highway P near Oconomowoc, WI

Oconomowoc, WI — May 11, 2023, a motorcycle was fatally injured as the result of a motorcycle accident that happened at around 8:20 a.m. on County Highway P.

Authorities with the Town of Oconomowoc Police released preliminary details surrounding the crash. It appears the incident occurred at the intersection of County Highway P and County Highway K.

Statements from officials indicate that a motorcyclist, who has not been publicly identified, was traveling along westbound Highway K. At the intersection, police say that an eastbound truck attempted to turn off of Highway K onto northbound Highway P. Doing so, the motorcycle and the truck collided.

The motorcyclist succumbed to the injuries sustained in the wreck. There were no other injuries confirmed in reports. Right now, additional details, including possible charges or citations, remain unconfirmed. No further information is available.
