Charles Michael Shaffer, Jason Ty Arambula Injured in Truck Accident on Hwy. 123 in Seguin, TX

Seguin, TX — April 20, 2023, Charles Michael Shaffer and Jason Ty Arambula were injured in a commercial truck accident around 12:32 a.m. on Hwy. 123 in Seguin.

According to officials, Mr. Shaffer's semi-truck rear-ended Mr. Arambula's Audi A5 which was reportedly stopped at the intersection of Hwy. 123 and E. Kingsbury St. The collision reportedly caused the semi-truck to roll over. Officials said the semi-truck crossed the full intersection and came to a rest on its roof in the turn-around lane of the Hwy. 123 bypass.

The victims were both purportedly transported to a hospital with serious injuries.

Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
