Rockdale Man Injured in Truck Accident on U.S. Highway 90 in Seguin, TX

Seguin, TX — April 19, 2023, a Rockdale man was injured following a tractor-trailer accident just after 7:00 a.m. along U.S. highway 90.

According to initial details released by authorities, the crash happened in the area of the U.S. Highway 90 and Sunbelt Road intersection.

Officials said in their statements that a 48-year-old Rockdale man was behind the wheel of a Peterbilt tractor-trailer going northeast along the highway. For reasons not currently confirmed, the truck drifted off the right side of the highway. Doing so, it crashed into a tree.

The Rockdale man driving the truck was said to have sustained incapacitating injuries as a result of the collision. It appears at this time that no one else was involved in the crash. Additional details regarding what factors led up to the crash are not available at this time. Further evidence is needed to confirm additional details.
