Rebecca Dawn-Marie Mackey, 1 Injured in Car Accident in Burleson, TX

Burleson, TX — January 20, 2023, Rebecca Mackey and another were injured as the result of a car accident at around 3:20 p.m. along F.M. 731.

Authorities gave initial details about the crash, which they indicate happened at the intersection of F.M. 731/John Jones Drive and Greenridge Drive.

According to initial details, 27-year-old Rebecca Dawn-Marie Mackey was in a Kia Sportage traveling southbound along John Jones. Another vehicle, said to be a Dodge Ram 1500, was going northbound. It appears that Mackey attempted to turn left, but the oncoming pickup crashed into Mackey's vehicle.

Details say that both Mackey and the other vehicle driver, who has not yet been identified, had injuries described as incapacitating. No others were said to have been injured in the collision.
