Gwendolyn Brooke Killed in Truck Accident in Tolleson, AZ

Tolleson, AZ — April 28, 2023, Gwendolyn Brooke was killed in a truck accident around 9 p.m. at 83rd Ave. and Buckeye Rd. in Tolleson.

Sources report the victim's vehicle rear-ended a semi-truck as it approached the intersection. The impact purportedly caused the car to catch fire.

Ms. Brooke was fatally injured while the truck driver was reportedly uninjured.
Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
