Travis Carl Lemmert Killed in Single-Vehicle Accident in Brownsboro, TX

Brownsboro, TX — April 27, 2023, Travis Lemmert was fatally injured following a single-vehicle accident at around 1:54 a.m. along F.M. 314.

Preliminary information provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety indicates that the crash happened outside of Brownsboro early Thursday.

Officials said that 30-year-old Travis Lemmert of Ben Wheeler was the driver of a Chevy Equinox that was going southbound along F.M. 314. While doing so, the vehicle apparently lost control along wet roads. The vehicle then ran off the side of the road where it crashed into a tree.

Due to the collision, Lemmert sustained injuries which ultimately proved fatal. Reports did not say anyone else was involved in the crash. They have yet to determine a specific cause for the crash. Right now, additional details are unavailable as investigations continue.
