Two Truck Drivers Injured in Truck Accident on I-80 in West Branch, IA

West Branch, IA — April 7, 2023, two truck drivers were injured in a collision between two tractor-trailers on I-80 in West Branch.

Sources report a semi-truck lost control, left the road, crossed through the grassy median, and blocked all lanes of oncoming traffic. Then a second semi-truck, headed in the opposite direction, reportedly struck the disabled semi-truck head-on.

Authorities have not released the cause of the accidents at this time.
