Harris County, TX — November 12, 2022, Oshean Leon and another person were injured as the result of a two vehicle car accident on the Northwest Freeway.

Oshean Starr Leon, 1 Injured in Car Accident in Harris County, TX

Preliminary statements indicate that 32-year-old Oshean Leon was driving Chevy Impala eastbound along the service road. The hood on the vehicle apparently was open, and Leon stopped to fix it, police say. While doing so, a Chevy Malibu failed to slow down and crashed into the Impala.

Due to the collision, Leon had non-incapacitating injuries while a man riding in his vehicle was said to have incapacitating injuries. Police mentioned that the drivers contested whether or not the Impala's hazards were on.

That can always present a significant hurdle between people and the help they need. If authorities aren't clear about which driver was in the right, it sometimes falls onto those involved to seek out the evidence needed to tell their side of the story. Hopefully those steps were taken here so that the facts can speak for themselves.
