El Paso, TX — March 16, 2023, Dan Jarrett Parkman was killed in a pedestrian-car accident around 11:10 p.m. on North Mesa St. in El Paso.

Authorities report a Jeep Laredo was eastbound on North Mesa St. when it struck and killed Dan Jarrett Parkman. Officials are still looking into the cause of this accident.
