Joseph Patino Killed in Hit-and-run Accident in Houston, TX

Initial details said that a 21-year-old man, identified by officials as Joseph Patino, was apparently along main lanes of the freeway on foot. While there, a white pickup struck Patino, then left the scene. Patino died as a result. Police mentioned the pickup would have windshield damage due to the collision. No further information is available.

It's important to ensure the details about this accident stay in the public eye as much as possible. Someone in the community is often able to identify a suspect driver to help authorities make an arrest. I maintain hope that continued efforts will yield similar results so this man's loved ones can see a proper resolution to this awful situation.
