Robert Billingsley Killed in Electrocution Accident in Round Rock, TX

Round Rock, TX — July 18, 2022, Robert Billingsley was killed due to an electrical accident while working around 1:45 p.m. in Round Rock.

Authorities said that the incident happened at 130 Sundance Parkway, a shopping center containing shops including Hobby Lobby and Sam's Club.

Details from OSHA suggest that 51-year-old Robert Billingsley was at one of the businesses replacing an ice machine for Cold, Inc. After attempting to disconnect the original machine, Billingsley was shocked, resulting in fatal injuries.

OSHA reports did not list anyone else being hurt. They listed one alleged rule violation, and public information shows there was a suggested penalty of $4,351 for the company. Details about these allegations and other unconfirmed information surrounding the fatal accident are unclear at this time.
