Two Killed, One Injured in Truck Accident in Dallas County, IA

Dallas County, IA — March 9, 2023, two minors were killed and one minor was injured in a truck accident around 7:45 a.m. on Hwy. 141 in Dallas County, IA.

According to officials, three minors were in a Toyota Camry traveling eastbound on Hwy. 141 when it collided head-on with a westbound box truck.

Two of the minor suffered fatal injuries and one minor reportedly suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for medical care. Officials did not say if the driver of the box truck suffered any injuries.

The accident remains under investigation; there are no further updates at this time.
