Ana Aguilera Killed in Tractor-Trailer Accident in Milford, NH

Their initial details say that 76-year-old Ana Aguilera was in a vehicle going westbound on Route 101. For reasons not yet confirmed, Aguilera's vehicle and an oncoming tractor-trailer collided.

Due to the collision, Aguilera sustained fatal injuries. It's unclear if anyone else was hurt. No further information can be confirmed at this time.

My hope here is that authorities can at least help ensure the victim's loved ones get some clear answers. These incidents are rarely as simple as people may think, and if authorities aren't treating the crash as a high priority, they can easily miss something important. Are authorities here taking steps needed to keep that from happening?
