Adan Quinones-Acosta Killed in Truck Accident in Creek County, OK

Creek County, OK — March 8, 2023, Adan Quinones-Acosta was killed in a collision with a semi-truck around 6:50 a.m. on Turner Turnpike in Creek County.

Crash investigators report Adan Quinones-Acosta's Chevy Silverado was eastbound on I-44 when it collided with a concrete median, then hit the side of a semi-truck, veered off the road, and overturned.

Adan Quinones-Acosta was transported to a local hospital but later succumbed to the sustained injuries. Three passengers in Adan Quinones-Acosta's Silverado are reportedly uninjured, and one passenger was also transported for medical attention. There is no information regarding the truck driver's injuries or if any were sustained.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, there are no further updates at this time.
