David Fisher Injured in Commercial Truck Accident in Schertz, TX

Schertz, TX — February 21, 2023, David Fisher was injured in a collision with an 18-wheeler around 12:59 p.m. on southbound I-35 in Schertz.

Authorities report a Kenworth semi-truck was traveling behind a Subaru Forester which was behind a Chevy Silverado in the right lane of south I-35 at the time of the crash. Officials allege the Kenworth truck rear-ended the Forester, driven by David Fisher, and the Forester then rear-ended the Silverado. The driver of the Silverado told authorities their vehicle had come to a complete stop before the crash occurred.

Police officers report footage of the crash was obtained from the Kenworth truck's onboard camera.

officials report David Fisher suffered incapacitating injuries, the driver of the Silverado has possible injuries, and the Kenworth driver was uninjured.
