Truck Driver Injured in Truck Accident in Pasadena, TX

Pasadena, TX — February 10, 2023, one person was injured in a multi-vehicle accident around 1:20 p.m. in the parking lot of National Drayage Services in Pasadena.

Crash investigators report two commercial truck drivers were working on their vehicles prior to the accident. The owner of a Freightliner was reportedly working on the Freightliner's computer while the owner of a Kenworth was stapping cargo down on their truck's trailer about 15 ft away.

The driver of the Freightliner then allegedly started the vehicle while outside the vehicle and the Freightliner reportedly drove forward and hit the driver tying cargo to the Kenworth's trailer.

The driver of the Kenworth reportedly suffered incapacitating injuries and was transported for medical attention. The driver of the Freightliner was reportedly uninjured.
