Two Injured in Alleged Drunk Driving Accident in Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX — February 27, 2023, two Dallas police officers were injured in an alleged drunk driving accident on Field St. in Dallas.

Authorities report the Dallas police officers were northbound on Field St. when their vehicle was struck by an alleged drunk driver. One officer was transported to a hospital with reportedly non-life-threatening injuries, and the other officer was treated at the scene of the crash.

The alleged drunk driver was also transported to a hospital with reportedly minor injuries. Police officials recommend charging the driver with Driving While Intoxicated.
