Five Injured in Alleged Drunk Driving Accident in Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX —March 4, 2023, five people were injured in an alleged drunk driving accident around 8:30 p.m. on Garland Rd. in Dallas.

Crash investigators report an alleged drunk driver rear-ended a GMC Terrain that had four occupants and caused the GMC to roll over.

All four occupants in the GMC and the other driver were transported to a local hospital. Two of the GMC occupants reportedly suffered serious injuries, and the alleged drunk driver is reportedly in critical condition.

Officers recommended charging the driver with Intoxication Assault with Serious Bodily Injury.
