One Killed in Pedestrian-Truck Accident in Lakeland, FL

Lakeland, FL — March 6, 2023, a pedestrian was killed in a collision with an 18-wheeler on I-4 around 3:20 a.m. in Lakeland.

Authorities report a pedestrian was standing on the shoulder of I-4 when stuck by an 18-wheeler traveling eastbound.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash and the truck driver was reportedly uninjured.
