Truck Driver Injured in Truck Accident in Duncanville, TX

Duncanville, TX — February 23, 2023, a semi-truck driver was injured in a three-vehicle collision around 9:10 a.m. on IH 20 in Duncanville.

Crash investigators report 4 vehicles were traveling eastbound on IH 20. A Ford F-350 pulling a trailer allegedly merged left when it was unsafe and collided with a Freightliner Cascadia semi-truck and trailer.

The impact of the crash allegedly caused the Freightliner Cascadia to lose control, merge right, and collide with another Freightliner semi-truck. The second Freightliner allegedly also veered right and collided with a Ford Escape.

The driver of the second Freightliner (which eventually collided with the Ford Escape) is the only person to have reportedly suffered injuries. The driver's injuries were reported as incapacitating.
