Due to the collision, Honeycutt had incapacitating injuries. It appears she was the only one hurt. The details surrounding the crash can't be confirmed at this time without further evidence. Whether or not authorities have looked into things like fatigue, mechanical issues, brake failure, faulty airbags, or any other unusual circumstances is unclear at this time. That's not to say something more likely didn't happen here (such as texting and driving), but it wouldn't be the first time I saw authorities overlook something important. That's why it's best to take early reports like these with a grain of salt until it's clear the public has all the facts.
