Michelle Michael, Charles Obarr Injured in Dump Truck Accident in Eagleville, TN

Initial details say that 52-year-old Michelle Michael was in a Nissan SUV delivering mail. While doing so, a dump truck driven by 44-year-old Charles Obarr somehow crashed into Michael's vehicle. Both Michael and Obarr were hurt, reports say.

While the cause of the crash is unclear at this time, details suggest the dump truck was rounding a curve at the time. Generally, that leads to situations where someone either fails to maintain their lane going around the curve or the person they hit wasn't clearly visible. Are those factors authorities here are looking into? For all we know, this was just an unavoidable accident. It's going to take clear evidence to say that for sure, though.
