Ubah Osman Killed, Zamzam Hassan Injured in Truck Accident in Gaylord, MN

Gaylord, MN — March 1, 2023, Ubah Osman was killed and Zamzam Hassan was injured in a truck accident around 12 p.m. at the intersection of Hwy. 19 and County Rd. 13 in Gaylord.

Crash investigators report Ubah Osman and Zamzam Hassan's SUV was traveling southbound on C.R. 13 while a semi-truck was traveling westbound on Hwy. 19. The two vehicles allegedly collided in the intersection.

Ubah Osman was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, and Zamzam Hassan was transported to a local hospital with reportedly life-threatening injuries. The semi-truck driver is reportedly uninjured.
