One Person Injured in Truck Accident in Lubbock, TX

Lubbock, TX — March 1, 2023, one person was injured in a collision with a semi-truck around 1:20 p.m. on South Loop 289 in Lubbock.

Crash investigators report a passenger vehicle and an 18-wheeler collided while traveling westbound on a South Loop 289 overpass.

The identities of the drivers have not been released. Officials have reported one person suffered moderate injuries, but have don't stated who was injured.
