Gabriel De Leon Killed in Hit-and-run Accident on South General McMullen in San Antonio, TX

UPDATE (March 2, 2023): Investigators said that the man killed in the accident was 58-year-old Gabriel De Leon. Additional details about the driver involved remain unavailable.

San Antonio, TX -- February 27, 2023, one person was killed after an accident where a vehicle struck him, then left the scene.

Investigators say that the incident happened at around 10:00 p.m. along South General McMullen near the intersection of Castroville Road and Highway 90. Details are still under investigation at this time. Authorities say a man in his 40s was hit by a vehicle that then left the scene. Another vehicle hit the man again, then did stop and call for emergency services. Police continue to search for the runaway driver.
