Two Injured in Truck Accident on Cuatro Vientos in Laredo, TX

Laredo, TX -- February 26, 2023, two people sustained injuries due to an accident where a truck and a car crashed on Cuatros Vientos.

Investigators said that the incident happened just after midnight along the 8500 block of the highway. Right now, the cause of the crash is unclear. It appears an SUV and a Ford Dually 350 truck collided. Due to this, a 27-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman in the SUV sustained serious injuries. No other injuries were confirmed.

This late at night, there are certainly going to be some common concerns to consider. Was alcohol involved? Fatigue? Speeding? A mechanical issue? Road hazards? Some other driver that left the scene? Folks tend to think everything will just come down to looking at someone's cell phone records, but most crashes are more complex than that. Hopefully authorities in this area will be able to dedicate the time and resources needed to get answers about what happened.
