David Gonzalo Franco Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Hidalgo County, TX

Hidalgo County, TX -- October 30, 2022, David Gonzalo Franco was killed after an accident where his motorcycle crashed off-road.

Preliminary details about the crash say that it happened at around 4:49 p.m. along FM 490 near mile marker 507. Investigators said that 44-year-old David Franco was on a motorcycle traveling eastbound along FM 490. For reasons currently unconfirmed, the motorcycle ran off-road and crashed into a fence. Franco was thrown from the motorcycle and sustained fatal injuries.
