Phillip Douglas Injured in Car Accident in Westlake, TX

Westlake, TX — September 8, 2022, Phillip Douglas was seriously injured in a car accident around 1:20 p.m. on U.S. Hwy 377 in Westlake.

Authorities report that Phillip Douglas was sitting at a red light in a Nissan Murano when a Dodge Durango failed to slow down for the red light and hit a Toyota Tacoma, forcing the Tacoma to rear-end Phillip Douglas's Murano.

Phillip Douglas reportedly suffered serious injuries and no other injuries were reported.
