El Paso, TX -- February 10, 2023, Cesar Rodriguez was killed due to an accident where a vehicle struck him, then left the scene.

Officials said that the incident happened just after 8:30 p.m. along I-10 near Transmountain Road. Details suggest that 42-year-old Cesar Rodriguez was walking at the time when a vehicle struck him. That vehicle then left the scene. Rodriguez's injuries ultimately proved fatal. Authorities gave no further details.
