Elizabeth C. Hare Killed in Single-Vehicle Accident on CR 431 in Lindale, TX

UPDATE (February 23, 2023): Recent reports identify the woman killed in the accident as 44-year-old Elizabeth Hare. They did not give additional details about the crash.

Lindale, TX -- February 22, 2023, a driver was killed as the result of an accident where a vehicle crashed off the side of County Road 431.

Investigators said that the incident happened early Wednesday along CR 431, but further information remains unclear at this time. A vehicle somehow crashed along the roadway, resulting in one fatality. That person has not yet been identified.

My hope is that this lack of information is due simply to it being mere hours after the crash rather than police not giving it the attention it deserves. Single vehicle wrecks can be far more challenging than people realize, and getting the victim's family the answers they need will mean ensuring the details are taken as seriously as possible.
