Brandi Payne Injured in Alleged Drunk Driving Accident in Austin, TX

Austin, TX — February 6, 2023, Brandi Payne was injured in an alleged drunk driving accident around 9 p.m. on Interstate 35 in Austin.

Authorities report that a Chevy Camaro was traveling northbound on I-35 when it struck a guardrail on the left side of the road, rear-ended Brandi Payne's Ford SUV, and struck a second guardrail. Brandi Payne's Ford allegedly traveled across a grass median, all southbound lanes of traffic, and hit a guardrail.

The driver of the Camaro was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Child Endangerment and reportedly suffered minor injuries.

Brandi Payne also reportedly suffered minor injuries.
