Two Injured in Car Accident on US 54 near Diana Drive in El Paso, TX

El Paso, TX -- February 21, 2023, two people were injured after an accident where cars crashed along US Highway 54.

Investigators said they were called out to the crash scene at around 3:00 a.m. just off Diana Drive. Details are limited, but it appears two vehicles collided, and two people were sent to the hospital.

This soon after the crash, it's not unusual for there to be few details available. But I can't help noticing this is right near another serious crash that happened just a couple of days ago. If nothing else, it could mean authorities have their hands full on top of all of their other normal responsibilities. Hopefully that doesn't lead to them overlooking anything important.
