Josiah Rodriguez Injured in Alleged Drunk Driving Accident in Lubbock, TX

Lubbock, TX — January 29, 2023, Josiah Rodriguez and two other people were injured in a purported drunk driving crash around 2:20 a.m. in Lubbock.

Officials report that, early in the morning, Josiah Rodriguez's vehicle drove off University Ave, near 144th St, across a field and into a residence. Two people sleeping inside the residence reportedly suffered minor injuries, and Josiah Rodriguez was seriously injured.

Authorities allege that Josiah Rodriguez was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
