Tucker and the driver of the pickup both had injuries said to be incapacitating. The exact cause of the accident has not been confirmed. Investigations continue.

When I look at this intersection, it appears to be very well marked and even has flashing lights. Could it be that something unusual led to this crash? Obviously people can make mistakes even in favorable situations, but I find people are too quick to jump to conclusions without even bothering to know if they're getting the full story. For all we know, this could be all due to a mechanical issue, a medical emergency, missing signage, brake failure, etc. Likely or not, people can't rule anything out without clear evidence, and what I'm seeing from authorities right now may not be telling the whole story.
