Carlos Trejo Injured in Truck Accident in Weslaco, TX

Weslaco, TX — January 23, 2023, Carlos Trejo was injured in a collision with a semi-truck around 8:45 a.m. on S International Blvd. in Weslaco.

Crash investigators report Carlos Trejo's Chrysler 300 was traveling southbound on S International Blvd. when a Freightliner tractor-trailer allegedly rear-ended the Chrysler. The impact purportedly forced the Chrysler to exit the roadway and hit its passenger side into a metal barrier.

The driver of the Freightliner is reportedly uninjured whereas Carlos Trejo suffered serious injuries.
