Julius Kennedy Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident in Denton, TX

It appears that 35-year-old Julius Kennedy was in a Jeep Liberty traveling southbound lane Duncan. The vehicle somehow went off the side of the road where it hit a concrete culvert. As a result, Kennedy sustained incapacitating injuries.

There aren't many more details which can be confirmed right now. To be rather frank, people rarely give crashes like this the attention they deserve. Despite things like mechanical issues, medical conditions, road hazards, hit-and-runs, and tire blowouts (just to name a few), people still tend to automatically assume single-vehicle wrecks were the driver's fault. Is that possible? Of course, but those are just some of the myriad of ways a single-vehicle wreck can occur. If people just jump to conclusions, something important may go overlooked. Hopefully authorities here were more thorough than that, but it wouldn't be the first time they, too, were quick to make assumptions.
